On August 16, 2007, Al-Tabarak Construction and Engineering Project Management Co. (S.A.E.) undertook the completion of the new Qena Hospital building. This was assigned by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development, under the supervision of the project's consulting engineers: Egyptian Consulting Engineers.
